DSL slowness

I had a fault with my adsl line and telkom replaced the dslam port. The adsl line syncs but drops randomly and internet browsing is slow.

Today my ds margin is 5. What do i do?

I need specific details to tell telkom as the techs keep saying the line is fine.

I think your main problem lies here - DS Line Attenuation 62

I used to have 64db Attenuation before and it was fast internet browsing. Yes i know the modem can measure only a max of 64 so it might have been more.
