DSL Speed Ratio

We have a branch at our company which barely uses internet at all (less than 1 gig a month). With this in mind, we obviously don't want to spend too much on it's line. The one thing that we do need is a decent upload speed for remote viewing of the CCTV.

Are their any ISPs anyone can recommend that might offer something with a ratio tending towards 1:1? I think that 1 Mb up would be enough.

You'd have to get a 10 meg line to get 1 meg up. It's the "A" in "ADSL" - asynchronous.

Add whatever small ISP data package to that - it's immaterial though: The line is going to be the major cost, not the data. Just take the Telkom Do Premium Bundle:

Just remember remote streaming cameras will also chew through data. Not sure if the plan is to view when needed or 24/7
