DSLAM Outage Northcliff ex19

DSLAM went down in Northcliff ex19 yesterday. Obviously no one connecting to that DSLAM has access at the moment, however everyone with open tickets received a "ADSL Restored" sms but still no connectivity.

Best part is that the call center hangs up when you get to the fault reporting section making it impossible to speak to someone.

Anyone else close by enjoying the outage?

You know why they do the hang up thing right? Silly bosses install systems that essentially rate staff effeciency by the speed that they end calls (or in their fairy world - resolve problems), so around the world telephone support staff occassionally instantly hang up because it shoots their average margin through the roof.

**** of them of course, but at least now you know why.
