Got this problem sometimes on this channel it looks like its playing at 10FPS? :( gosh

bleg how hard is it for dstv to sort it out?

Now how do you know its playing at 10fps?

its freezing for a millisecond , staggering... something in that line, but its random it will be fine for days..... then boom!

Sounds like alignment issues to me... Not DStv's fault.

Before u start blaming alignment,
Why does it only do it on that channel ?
Why does it only happen sometimes?
Why does mmmig also agree?
could u alignment my dish better then this?

It can actually affect only a few channels and maybe you don't know about the others, because you don't watch them... Discovery is currently on the same carrier as BBC K. Next time check that channel, when Disc W gives you hassles. Probably does the same. Freezing and staggering (how you described) sounds like signal issues. You cannot give me the decoder's level and quality as proof. They always read 98/100 when the decoder is happy. What happens to those readings when you experience "freezing and staggering"?

Its only that channel, Discovery I do watch a lot and never did it , even if the wind blows it never happens on any other channel . That signal bar stays the same when the channel is freezing and its also not my decoder just to rule it out I have a extra view one to. To rule out the signal, my Dish is aline as good as it will ever get hence I have a signal finder and its big ass dish. It roles down to (its not on my side)I am not the only one effect by this problem on that channel, just to make it better I scrolled to every channel on dstv no one but 187 does this :/ .Next time it happens ill post here so somebody can check their side

Also want to put its like the video feed was recorded at 10fps.. and not 24/54. no sound or pixelated issue like u normally get with signal issue
