Hope this is in the right place and that someone can help me. I recently took ownership of and HDPVR decoder and smartcard. I transferred the account to my name by phoning multichoice so that part is sorted and done, but now when I try to link the smartcard to my online account that I created on the DSTV webpage I get an error saying that the smartcard is already link to an account. I then phoned multichoice and asked for assistance and they said that since the smartcard is on my name I should be able to link it online, which was not the case, I tried again. Can anyone help me in this regards please?
