DSTV app and browser

I have been out of the country for 2 months. Before I left, I watched DSTV on the iPad (DSTV app) or on a notebook (chrome). Now it only works on the notebook ....

On the iPad (also tried on iPhone) the app doesn’t like my log in details. But the same info works on the notebook. Tried my iPhone but same story.

I deleted the DSTV app and reinstalled but it didn’t make a difference. What am I missing?

In settings under manage devices is the iPhone and iPad registered?

Will check. Thought it would it there from previous usage or at least add devices until the allocation of 4 is taken up.
