DSTV - Are You Still Watching

Hi,

Is there any way to disable the "Are you still watching" pop-up on DSTV streaming?

This is getting annoying

Interestingly, this doesn't appear to happen on all the platforms DSTV Stream is available on. I have seen it pop-up on a LG but never on the AndroidTV we use daily.

Here at work we have a Samsung Smart TV, and the other is an original Mi-Box, plugged into an old Samsung plasma TV.

My place of work has it. I don't have any choice in the matter.

I get it on the dstv stream app on android tv. The popup reads are you still watching? Something to do with to save data usage but there is no setting to switch it off.

Curious, have never seen it on our Hisense Android TV, hopefully it's not a "new" feature...

Never timed it, but my guess is about 4 1/2 to 5 hours after switching on the TV's, and both TV's get it the same time.

Maybe try switching channels and back again after 3 or 4 hours, less annoying maybe..
