DSTV audio bouquet

I can't seem to access the DSTV audio bouquet.
I've rebooted, unplugged and inserted but still nothing.

Error - E50 no channels exist in the bouquet you have selected please select another bouquet.

Even if I press 811 (new audio channel range) nothing happens.

Looks like you will have to phone them :-( I prefer to pop in.
