I have my PVR connected to my home theatre system with an optic fiber cable for 5.1 surround sound. Normal channels on DSTV is fine but sometimes on Catchup and Showmax the sound is in the wrong place.
What I mean with this is that the stereo sound is in reverse( In other words the left channel sound plays on the right side and the right channel sound plays on the left side).
I have noticed this on several movies and on certain series. Have a look at "shameless S7E8 on catchup and also movies like Mr. Bones 2 and Beverley Hills Cop 3 on Showmax to name a few.
Don't these people at the controls notice it or is it just me?
