Does this service ever work reliably? I have had nothing but frustration.

We have a 4mb line and seems ok?
Weekends we stream the rugby games and its alright...buffers now and then....stream quality is terrible thou...Eye destroying quality

CatchUp we downloaded MasterChef last night and that was easy... but then when trying to play the file it gave errors and contact support what what and had an email address... seems like 11 is the number cause after trying that many times...just started playing????
