So, last week something went wrong on my decoder and having the insurance on the decoder I decided to visit the DSTV Client Center in Randburg. I did not look forward to this, but had to do it as my kids were driving me insane with this f***** cartoon network and boomerang channels.

Arriving at DSTV's offices I was greeted at one closed gate by a security guard playing a game on his cellphone ignoring us flat! I decided to climb on my car's hooter until he stopped playing and decided to come to us. I just wanted to know where the client center was. Unpolitely he told me where to go, just around the corner.

Then, I arrived at another gate, another useless security guard sitting in his booth and can't care less about the car at the gate. Again I hooted until he decided to speak to me. Again this one also told me to drive just down the road to another entrance. By this time I was dreading gates and f****** security guards!

I found the center, grabbed the decoder and head inside.

To my surprise I have to admit that I have never seen this great service. I was helped quickly by reception and pointed to a staff member to assist me. Within 5 minutes I was done. I loved the client services and the professionality of the staff members!

I think DSTV is on the right track when it comes to client services - just their security guards that need some training...
 
I have had good response from DStv ... the only reason I want to cancel is because they don't want to be flexible with their packages!
 
I have the full monty with them, so I can not complain about the packages, but I have to admit that I am amazed by their customer care service!
