Does anyone know what the requirements are to get these?

On the DSTV site one of them states the following :

Tavern and shebeen Digital Package
This Package is available to the general public with specific focus on Taverns and Shebeens.

Subscription Fees:
R135.40 per TV per month (Including VAT) or per third TV in an open area. (Channels SuperSport 3, SuperSport 8, SuperSport 4, Channel O).

Additional channels can be added to the bouauet @ R12.30 each (Inlcuding VAT) per month, per viewing point. (Excluding channels which state hotel viewing only.)

What does "available to the general public" mean here? Can I get it? I highly doubt it but why does it say that then?

I had a look, looks like they changed their wording after your post...

The wording is similar for other packages on that page, except when it says: "venues/ areas that are open to the general public".

Perhaps that is what they meant to say: that the TV should be "available to the general public".
