DSTV Connect lip synch issues

Hi

Watching DSTV via the web and continuously have lipsynch issues. Supersport seams to be fine

Any idea what could be the issue
 
What decoder.On the HD2 you can set it in the menu/advanced options/equipment setup/lip-sync delay.
