Haha, you remind me of this user i had today,
her : "i cant log into my internet, it says password is invalid"
me : "you don't need a password to login to the internet, we run through a proxy server that does not need authentication like that"
her : "I'm telling you, I can't log on, can you please come have a look"
Turns out she couldn't log onto her email (she's running XP home trying to get Exchange email off a domain so it asks her her password)
me : "did you try typing your password without the caps lock turned on"
her : "oooooooooooh"
Not saying giving support like that isn't nessacary, just wish people would think before they call me as my primary function is not support at all and it takes away a lot of time.
