In meantime, TonyA those problems sound familiar. Has happened about 3 times since the new year began. Soft resets didn't help, and only in once case did a hard reset (and removing smartcard) help. Service was generally out for timer periods ranging from 30 minutes to two hours. In one case only BBC News (50) and ESPN (33) were being received.
