Does anyone have any idea as to when we can expect Drifta coverage in East London, or know an estimated timeline?
 
It's sheet if you ask me. It's been how long now? Where have they extended coverage?

I emailed them and told them I would get a HDPVR the day they bring the drifta to east london.

You should start an action group here and on Facebook.
 
I don't know if any of you have seen the Drifta in action anywhere. But the resolution is horrible. I do not know how some people are happy to watch at that res. Its 320 x 280 as far as I heard. (Watch a 10 minute video on youtube in 240P, and ask yourself if you want to watch a cricket/rugby match like that). I saw it on a laptop at Makro and I was horrified, besides the software does not allow fullscreen (the picture would look too horrible), only normal size, and double size. I would only recommend it if you are going to be viewing on your cellphone!!!
 
For a cellphone, iPad, etc it's good. Plus if you're watching on a laptop you won't maximise it. It's not as bad.
