Dstv Drifta signal

Hey guys ! I bought a Drifta but I can't manage to catch any signal ! what is the problem ? I am in Potchefstroom , does it only work in big city's like JHB ?

You should have checked the signal coverage area before buying

@ tRoN... same goes for above. It also doesn't help if you're in some of the hilly areas or between a lot of high buildings (anything that cuts your line of sight to the closest Sentech/other towers). I used to be on the edge of a coverage area and getting signal was a bitch.

Sometimes get this with iburst USB modem,

Try building an extension with USB extenders, and hanging it outside, might catch a signal?
