hello all

i have a dual view decoder with a dual view subscription.yesterday i cancelled my dual view subscription because i dont have a need for it anymore.i was under the impression that i could view on tv2 whatever was on tv1.to my horror i dont get any picture on tv2 at all.is there any way i could get a single view picture on tv2 using my dual view decoder.

any help would be greatly appreciated

many thanks

sak

If TV1 is connected with RCA/composite (yellow, red + white) cables to the TV, and TV2 is connected with coaxial cables... then just change the coaxial from TV2 to TV1 on the back of the decoder

The old dual view decoder (not PVR) did not transmit TV1 via RF, only via composite AV. You will need a modulator to watch TV1 via RF.

someone said i must connect my vcr to my dual view decoder to convert to single view.i did this and tuned the vcr to the dstv channel.i am getting the dstv channel on tv1 but still no picture on tv2.i think my connections must be wrong.can someone please give me detailed instructions in connecting the vcr to the decoder
