DSTV Epic fail - Box Office

So I wanted to rent a movie on Saturday. No option to pay by credit card. I phone DSTV and they say I must EFT the R27 and mail them POP. Did all this with call center guy on the phone. He transfers the R27 into Box office account and says all fine I can rent it now. Try, get error message, insufficient funds in your box office account.

Phone call centre again. They will escalate it. Long story short, they escalated it twice, it is now 48 hrs later, and I still haven been able to rent the damn movie.

Is there a Mr Video close to where you live? It might have been easier to just go and rent the BluRay/DVD.

Yeah, that would make it a lot easier to just add it to the account. However, DSTV wants payment upfront for renting movies. With the ex, she wanted to rent movies and this was a constant frustration to the point where we just gave up renting movies from DSTV.
