DSTV Explora 1 software upgrade

My decoder is in a loop attempting to upgrade to the latest software. The upgrade / update runs to around 10% and then aborts and displays a message "Failed to update please try again later" If you have had this problem and resolved this issue please post what you did to sort this out.

Hi, a friend had a similar problem like that . He had to take it to one of DSTV Agency's to get fix. They reload the firmware by USB.
