Purchased an Explora 2 Fully Installed Package on Black Friday but my box didn't include an installation voucher upon calling dstv/MultiChoice call centre they mentioned the installer is able to claim the installation value with the serial number but the problem I am facing now that I have called the accredited installers on the list and majority say they require installation voucher.
