I bought me the explora 2, mostly for the remote recording functionality.

I'm replacing the Hd Pvr, that's connected with twin Lnb. Do I have a to get a smart Lnb, as the explora only have 1 input?

Also is it a requirement to get a 80cm dish. My current signal and quality is on 98% and 100%.

Yes, you must have a SMART LNB. An 80cm dish is recommended, but you will get away with a smaller one. The signal strength measurements are less on an Explorer.

Make sure the dish alignment and particularly the offset angle (skew) of the LNB is spot on. The skew angle is 153 degrees where you live

Powering it down and back up (hold the Power button on the Explora down for 10 seconds) will cure that

Thanks, perhaps I should have just taken the black friday deal, incl installation
Last time I replaced the single Lnb, I just maked it on the "dish arm" then it worked fine.
