Hi Guys,

I have a explora connected with extra view to my 2nd room with hd single view, now I want to add another single view in the 3rd room, do I need to run another signal cable from the smart lnb to the 2nd single view decoder or can I bridge the signal from 1st hd? Then do I just use heartbeat from 1st hd, explora is the primary.

Thank you.

Hi Sorry to hi jack the thread, but it looks like I can't start a thread . I installed my Explora last weekend and it worked fine. But since yesterday it is giving a E48-32 error. "There is no signal. This may be due to bad weather or a faulty connection in the installation. "
I called the help desk last night at 10 and they say I might have to take it in to a DSTV centre.
I connected my Satellite finder and there is not even a squeak from the thing.

Any suggestions?

Yes I assume there is no power or no signal from the decoder to the LNB or vice versa.

Catchup could work as it downloads to your decoder.

Are there any shorts on your lnb cables?
