Dstv explora conection

I need some help I conected an extra view decoder for my sons room, a explora directly from the smart lmb, my main decoder is on the second unicable socket on the lmb, the second is on the fourth because it does not get signal on any of the other sockets. Now what hapens is when we switch his tv on or change chanels on his tv, the main decoder goes off.

if you currently have the lmx500 smart lnb, you are likely going to have to replace it with the newer one, which is the lmx501 if i recall.. i had signal issues when connecting my second decoder to the lmx500 which were resolved when changing to the lmx501..
