DSTV explora not playing sound through Samsung TV.

We've just registered a DSTV Explora decoder and hooked it up to our Samsung tv via HDMI cable. The picture is clear, however there is no sound.

I've tried the decoder with another TV also using HDMI, and the picture and sound is fine. So it must be the TV.

The sound works fine with the older HD PVR using HDMI decoder.

Can anyone advise on some troubleshooting options?

Turn up the volume on the Explora.

Fixed. Did a factory reset on the tv
