Dstv Explora to PVR.

Good day,
Please I need assistance, I bought Dstv explora then change my old LMB to smart LNB and explora is working perfectly. Then I added one more cable from the smart LNB to the PVR and also draw another cable (heartbeat) from the explora rf out to the PVR with the aid of a connector, I call Dstv office to link both decoder which was done by Dstv. My challenge is that the PVR is displaying no signal or bad weather while the explora is working greatly. Please what should I do next.

hi you need to change the user band and index to 3 2040 4 1006 5 1057 under home network settings then you signal will come up at the moment the pvr and explora are sharing band and indexes so your explora is not getting a signal.
