DSTV explora tuner 3 0%

Hi

I don't know if this has already been asked and answered.

On my dual view PVR I have 15 movies on box office. Now on the explora I only have 9 movies. I called them and they said tuner 3 was for catch up and box office but the signal quality is 0%. I don't know what to do now. Please help!!

I had a similar issue when I initially got my explora after upgrading from my HD PVR. The HD PVR worked fine with box office and catchup but tuner 3 on the explora was always showing 0.

I fixed it by going up onto the roof and adjusting the skew of the lnb. Imagine the dish is a clock, the long must point to approx four o clock, what I did was ask my brother to watch tuner threes signal info while I adjusted it. As soon as it picked up signal on tuner three I tightened the screw for the lnb.

Also you have to wait about three days for box office and catch up to fill, tuner 3 isn't always active. When I got my explora in Nov last year it took about three days to update.
Well it would've been three days if Eskom had allowed it
