DSTV Extra has been renamed to DStv Compact Plus, noticed this when I was trying to change my TV Guide on DSTV Now.

Compact Plus is open for Compact customers this month as per a article here somewhere. So she might be on Compact with a decoder insurance or something, explaining the difference.
