Hello everyone i have extraview setup with an explora 3A decoder and an HD decoder i used to have the old Lnb with 4 unicable ports and 2 universal ports , ther was a deplexa for communication ...the secondary decoder lost communication a week ago and i changed the lnb and put the new one with 2 unicable ports....i removed the heart beat cable since the new lnb does the communication on its own but i still have the communication error on the secondary decoder...i have called Multichoice several times to reset my extraview but no change what could be the problem?
