DSTV HDPVR Reset

Please help!
I have a DSTV HD PVR decoder. An error message came up 'There is no signal. Might be due to bad weather or faulty connection during installation'. I had the decoder tested and it works fine. However, all the satellite settings on the home network and/or additional networks have been reset. I stay in a complex in the Cape Town area and use the SMATV LNB Type.
Can anyone assist with the transposed frequencies needed? Please
