I bought a Dstv HD decoder(with installation) for my brother from takelot and had it delivered to his place. I got a call from him saying he can't find the installation voucher inside the package.. Did takealot rip me off or are the new vouchers embedded in the barcode or serial number of the decoder?
I wrote to takealot on Facebook but they haven't responded yet.
