Help me!! Please help me!! My DSTV is written ( Installation wizard ) I've been trying to follow the steps but nothing happens. Now im on step 4 of 5 . But signal status monitor is still zero. What should I do? It's been a week now

Your decoder is not receiving the signal from the dish. You could check your cables at the the back or if a diplexer(normally part of an Xtraview setup) has been installed, you could try to remove it and just install the cables directly into the decoder.
If the basics does not work, you probably need an installer to check your LNB, etc.

My dstv just shows installation wizard and when I try to the steps I'm at step for and it says no signal I have been have this dstv for 2 years this has never happened what should I do

What type of decoder do you have. Take decoder to dstv shop, they will connect it and test it. And tell you what the problem is.
