DSTV international channels not working

All the international channels on DSTV are not working, first it says signal lost but then it switches to the message about the channel been blocked due to some international thing, the message flashes too fast to read, ANYbody having similar problems?

Yes, E133-4 error, and when trying to call through, can't get through. When I did they said that the error does not exist and hung up on me!!!!
