I received my November DSTV Magazine on the 19 October, just couldn't believe it, because they normally take for ever to send one and I just hope they are going to be able to keep it up.

Also received mines on the 19th, at first i thought it was the October issue.......couldnt believe my eyes when it read November
But then again, how many people actually use the mag, not me, read it once and chuck it next to all the other mags...
anyways, thank you DSTV

Who cares? The magazine isn't good enough to line the iguana's cage. Incorrect listings, incorrect times and most of the movies are not listed.

Wow, didn't know someone actually opens that pack .. mine visits the bin straight from post box

Distributor is the same as its always been for years, problem lies with Post Office.

I missed the official release confirming the PO was to blame. You work for the Post Office, the distributor or Multichoice?

I hope all the advertisers received compensation as it seemed a massive number of subscribers were receiving it mid way through the following month or not at all  Those adverts in the magazine cost big money

Do people actually read / use it? Mine leaves the PO but never makes it home...

The PO will never admit blame, there is no Service level agreement with SAPO for any customer, they do not guarantee delivery within a certain period for normal post.

I work for neither the PO or Multichoice.

Does Multichoice guarantee the DSTV Mag is printed, distributed and correctly addressed? Last time I saw a statement from Multichoice staff they basically said they don't charge for the magazine therefore tough if you don't receive it. My postal mail was always coming in as normal while the DSTV mag wasn't. That shows Multichoice and the distributors are to blame not SAPO.

I use my Dish Mag to keep my coffee cups on, saves ugly rings on the tables. Good use, and I never have to buy another one because I get another one every month in the mail. It's like Christmas!
