DSTV Mobile subscription problem

Is there anyone who's experiencing a problem with subscribing for Dstv Mobile using a DVB-H phone?

I've been using a Nokia N96 as my mobile tv since the trial days in 2008 with no problem, but now when I try to renew subsciption I get "problem communincating with server, try again later". I tried all sorts of ways to fix this and, as a last resort, I called Dstv twice but they guys I spoke to had no clue what I was talking about.

I have the same problem with my Nokia 5330. I've even tried factory reset, did not help.

Do a full factory reset and reset the TV app/run a full scan for all the channels again. The mobile server is reknowed for issues, you just have to keep trying
