DSTv/Multichoice Contact

Does anybody have a contact number or e-mail address for someone at DStv that may help with a fault with the DStv-desktop player.
The normal support channels does not work and I am trying to find the person that carries the real BIG Stick at DStv.
Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Post on their forum - they even call you sometimes if you have a problem when you post there.

I have had zero support from their forums.

I have posted and have spoken to the call-centers.
the problem is that this did work and an update was done and now some downloads work & others don't and the shows expire and then gone.
It is for handicapped people that can't watch at the allocated times.
