DStv is gonna make it worse for everyone because of things like this

But they said there is nothing wrong with this - technically - we are not doing anything wrong. There is no genuine prohibition of this practice. If they wanted this to stop, they would have stopped it quite easily. They like that we are sharing in these tough economic times and perhaps they have accepted that their Premium pricing is out of reach for one regular bloke to afford

Funny, the article never mentions that they don't have a problem with it...

It does say that they are keeping on eye on it and it's not a major concern at present.. it's guaranteed to be a major concern for them, once sharing of accounts becomes more common practice..

The article also implies that, the sharing is per household and not extended friends, families and random strangers buying credentials...

You need to re-read that article again. They are not saying its not a problem so go ahead and do it.

More like they don't see it as a big problem as not many people are doing it so they are not going to investigate.
