No idea how Multichoice imagines they're going to do well in the streaming market when they can't even handle the paltry demand they have now.

The quality was so bad during the FA Cup games that you literally could not see the ball (streaming via Chrome on PC; 200/200 fibre).

It's obvious that they couldn't handle the demand - tonight's games are crystal clear

Pathetic

I'm having problems with too high quality lately.

The app is set below 720p, but streams at 1080p on my Chromecast.
I don't have uncapped, so the data usage is massive. I basically just watch Carte Blanche on Sundays. (using a family account).

Paltry demand? There are probably more people streaming with shared logins than actual subscribers watching on TV.

And that was just the football!! Manchester teams don't stream well.

But yes, totally agreed. I thought initially, this is when I logged into that for the springbok new zealand games 3/4 years ago, that they will learn something about scaling up for increased demand.

It appears nothing was learned.

exactly up to 4 people can you one login, i am seeing a trend where people sell their login to make up for the premium price.

If it affects their ability to provide 1080p to everyone then DStv should bock account sharing, up their CDN capacity or block live sport-streaming altogether.

I streamed City v Arsenal and Che v ManU and I had zero problems.
20Meg line with telkom nogal.
