DSTV Now and Supersport Streaming not working

Until last week since DSTV no longer supported flash player I can no longer stream or watch catch up on DSTV Now or Supersport. The message that appears is "undefined".

Having no problems with streaming from the Mobile App. Also I able to stream via other mediums

Anyone else having similar issues
 
It working fine on my side. Try clear your cache? What browser are you using?
 
Mine has also started to give problems about three weeks ago...
I am watching on my samsung smart tv through the web browser but it started giving pink lines all over the picture when I want to watch a movie or series.
It works fine on my app on tablet but on TV it just dont.

It worked 100% before but since about three weeks ago it dont
 
Also been struggling with this damn Supersport Stream for the past 3 weeks.

Plays for a minute and then stops and loads or it gives a error.

Was fine for a while before that.

On Firefox 50.0 the streams and live scores won't load at all. Tried clearing cache and so on, updating addons. Nothing.

Tried the latest version of Chrome and it works. Not sure what the problem with Firefox is.
 
Their stream has been ultra bad the last 3 weeks odd. Their FB page has complaint after complaint about it and not one comment from SS on it ... they gots their money, they're good.

Seeing the same behaviour this side.
Could it be a bandwidth shortage now that everyone is selecting the HD stream since the option became available?

Only checked during some of the big football matches, so the stream may be better during quieter times.
 
Hi there

I have the DSTV now app on my phone (Error - without message - Just greyed out block with cancel and okay) and if I go to my account, it says error time out. Chrome browser also not working anymore. It doesn't except my email and password (i know it is correct, and can not reset due to email address not existing anymore). It just spins as if trying to log in FOREVER!

Both were working 100% a week ago?

Any advise? Tried cache, reinstall and all the usual.

Dstv Now is dead (or at least unusably slow) on my side. Anyone else with the same issues?
 
they can hardly get their satellite decoders to be more stable than a crack addict shooting prozac. I don't expect much more from their online streaming. There's other alternatives...

I'm setting up my new Android TV and am not aware of any alternatives to test the Dstv Now app other than by using Dstv Now.

I've got access to a family member's DSTV login details, so there's that too. Catch up is pretty sweet and SuperSport is pretty much the market leader. They just both seem pretty inaccesible from my laptop for some reason so I can't test the chromecast functionality. Both sites are working fine on the app on my Android phone though.
