DSTV Now / Apple TV issue

Folks,

DSTV now has been working on my apple tv for a few months, and then a week or two ago, when i start DSTV Now, i get a pop up that gives me a code, with a message that i need to go to the dstv.com/tv website, and enter the code. Once i enter the code the pop up should clear.

I've tried the dstv.com/tv page, but get a DSTV redirect error, so cant enter the code

Am i missing something

Had the same problem using iPad, then used Dell laptop Firefox and it worked.
