I am getting this message when I try to set up my Apple TV box for DStv Now 'This Device is Registered to a different user. Please remove this device on the other account'. Any Help?

Did you buy it from someone? Its still registered on there profile they have to remove it

Bought in UK as brand new. Thinking it may be that I downloaded the DStv Now app and used it. Now I'm using my son's Premier DStv account for DStv Now

Okay. I have only gotten that msg when it was a 2nd hand device never on new. Hope you come right soon otherwise phone dstv support

That message will come up even with new devices. Issue is not box but your DStv profile that is linked to another account and you won’t be able to use it on the new account until you delink or de register it from the former account. That simple.
