DSTV Now error message? DSTV territories?

The last few weeks, after having worked flawlessly for years, I am now met with the following error message, when trying to watch things in the DSTV Now app on my iPhone:

“We’re sorry. This service is only available to DSTV customers in DSTV territories.”

The iPad app is still working as it always was. So just the iPhone app acting up.

I am in South Africa. Logging in and out does nothing. Deleting and reinstalling the app also makes no difference.

Any ideas?
 
Contact the pros is always a good start. So get hold of DSTV or contact an external service provider to assist like DSTV Connect on 0822913933.
Hope you able to resolve your issue.
 
I am experiencing the same problem on all my devices. Problem seems to be the wifi. If i am on a different wifi they work just fine
