dstv support cant seem to help me, one agent told me to disable vpn, but the steps he say is not the same on my pc, so i dont know where to go and what to do...
it worked 100% on laptop, till i formatted it. give me same error on my phone also in chrome.

It might yes. Switch it off for a few minutes. Check DNS on laptop. You can manually add it, even if the PC doesn't use the same one.
Make sure the Laptop has the correct WiFi/NIC drivers. Possibly a newer version could help. Make sure Windows Updates are up to date.
i switched off router..no help. i dont know where to get newer wifi drivers due its a mecer z140c, and u dl all drivers in a bundle on their website and i already used it.
