DSTV Now erroring out on tablet

Out of the blue I am getting a Error 500 on my DSTV now app (on my tablet).

Its a samsung e tablet (SM-T560)

I tried via the web to login (that I can do), but once I want to watch anything, it errors out.

I can confirm enough space on the tablet. I even got a memory card (still no luck).

I cleared the cache, uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, the same story

If I watch it via my laptop, it works 100%

Anyone in this same boat maybe ? (It just started to happen out of the blue), and its bloody frustrating to say the least

Its a shared account, so it actually doesnt cost 1c

I was online with DSTV for hours, and they are bowled out too

Ask MC to unlink and re-link the smart card to the email address/online profile. That worked for a friend of mine last week with similar issues.

The ultimate solution would be to get a media box (as the panasonic smart TV's have preloaded apps), and you cant install DSTV NOW (as an example)
