Hi,
Ever since DStv somehow updated the Live streaming part of DStv Now, I have had non stop issues.
First issue, is I have someone who stays with me, who still uses an old P4, with XP, and after the update he was left unable to use DStv Now. I have had to bring home a copy of Win 7 starter from work, and I intend on putting that on his PC, which should fix it.
Secondly, I am unable to stream channels, without clearing my media licenses in Chrome first, otherwise I am greeted by a nice black screen, another issue which was reported to me, was that they are unable to watch, the stream starts, carries on for a few seconds, then disconnects abruptly. Please fix it.
I really wish the changes weren't made, as everything worked fine.
