Does anyone here perhaps use DStv now on an Xbox one?

For the last week or two whenever I start a live tv stream the quality starts out pretty low (worse than I remember it usually starting), then it ramps up one notch, and then the video freezes after about 10 seconds but audio continues. This happens consistently on all live channels.

Doubt there's any issue with my internet connection otherwise as I'm getting a consistent 50meg down, and other services stream at full quality without any issues.

If anyone has access to an Xbox and can confirm whether they also get the issue or if it's just me that would be appreciated!

Same with me, the sports luckily is fine but for certain channels exactly the same, bad resolution coupled with freezing and audio continuing, been like this for about 2 weeks now.

Someone said in one of the other forums that DSTV is busy with something, what that exactly means I don't know but it could be what is affecting our viewing .

I have an Xbox One S. My DSTV is working fine. Only problem is that i have to sign in every day on a browser to authorize the xbox. Do you also have this issue?

I don't have the freezing issue but I have to sign in everyday. Sometimes have to remove duplicated devices.

Yup, getting that too. DStv support claim there's no issues.

DSTV support would not know they had any issues, till the issues, bit their balls, then they'd take a week to figure out what was ailing them. And two weeks to come up with a solution.
