Dstv Now not working?

Hi. Can anyone check to see if their DStv Now live streaming is working? On all my devices it says no content found, on PC, two TVs and my phone. I'm on compact plus and it used to work just fine last week still. I tried contacting support but I'm not getting through so can anyone please check to see if theirs is working please?
 
Mine is also not working. I'm also on compact plus.

Edit: I had this issue last month as well when I downgraded from Premium.
I got it resolved by sending a DM to @DstvCare on Twitter. I'm doing that again this morning. Hopefully they fix it soon. They took about 2hrs to respond last month which is not too bad I think.

That's what I initially thought at first so I didnt even bother to get it fixed because it's been months since I used DStv Now. Was my brother who uses the same account login at his house who notified me that it's not working on his side anymore, so I checked mine and saw the error message.
All is sorted now though, I spoke to one of their agents through the live chat service on their website and they did a reset on their side.

Same. Also downgraded from premium since there's no live sports to watch. An alternative, quicker way to get yours sorted is to use the live chat function on their website. They'll fix it for you while you wait.
 
I tried the live chat last week. They must have been really busy cos I waited 2 hours for a response. So they finally sorted my Live TV. Channels coming up perfectly. Was so excited!!! Then I decided to to catchup on my favorite soapie, Binnelanders. To my horror I find that now my catchup only picks up series from years back. I kid you not!! Binnelanders is now showing S5 2015 episodes. I'm too scared to ask them to fix again as my live TV will go off again.
 
dstv now only showing nine channels..anyone else having the same problem
 
Also having issues not being able to load extra channels onto Live . Used to have to go in via TV guide but 4 days ago this changed on Android and laptop. If you select a channel it just goes round and round. On the Apple phone no issue
 
Mine is working fine. No issues.
I've been using it a lot this past week.
Android 8.1 and Chromecast.
 
Does anyone here use the DSTV now app on a Samsung smart TV? I stream Netflix in 4k but my DSTV now buffers all the time at 720p. Does anyone else have this issue and does anyone have a solution? Its most frustrating

Netflix 4K, DSTv Now buffering.
Since when? Seems like an issue with your ISP maybe?
 
Its been doing it for a while now but it seems to have gotten worse. How will the ISP affect it if I can stream 4K Netflix (I am not to educated on this)

It could be a networking issue between the ISP and DSTv's platform.
Very plausible.

Have a look at DNS Jumper.
Download it. Scan for fastest DNS.
Apply it (on the fastest resolver).


If you are streaming directly on the TV then you need to configure the DNS server there.

If you still get no joy. Contact your ISP.
