DSTV Now sound issue

I recently accessed DSTV Now via my smart, but there is no sound when watching live channels. Sound working perfectly on Catch Up and all other programmes. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

I have tried. And volume fine when watching programmes on catchup.

Not seen a solution posted, maybe a resetting of the device might help.
