Hello. DSTV Now on my Samsung Smart TV does not display the picture when I play anything. Sound is on just no picture. Any thoughts ?

I had the same issue last night. I have not tested this morning.
Please let me know if you get an answer

Unsure of your exact model, since there are two B315 models.
Login to your Router and see if you can set it to 2300MHz, similar to my screenshot. I have a B535 though. So steps may differ.

Reboot the Router. Same with the TV.
Switch it off at the plug and on again.
Just tested DSTv on my phone and it works fine. I'm also on Telkom.
If it doesn't work, contact DSTv.

I think it has something to do with the app, I use a chromecast, only my old Samsung A5 works, the two Huawei phones don't, only voice but no picture.

It's now busy prompting me to update the app which I am very hesistant to do.
