DSTV On Demand: Download failed!!!

Anyone successfully using the On Demand desktop app? I've updated my windows media player with the security patch, but can somehow only manage to successfully download series episodes. If I try to download any movie I get "Download Failed"

I've used it but only downloaded a couple short clips. I don't think everything is available for download, maybe that's the case with the movies?

Well the movies have a download icon so shouldn't be that. I don't get the point of it then, you can download some Carte Blanche clips and that's it.
